Baby Llama!

Wow. Photographer Nancie Wright has a lot more to share over at Wild Art.

Joey the Blackhawks Reporter!

I love this kid.

My package is here!

Wow, they really pack them in tight, don't they?

This is from a site that seems to specialize in pictures of cats in packaging. Go figure!

Bookend Pugs!

Looks like these two —named Marlo and Mia— were playing and then they got zonked out! (Photo by Dale Phelps.)

Baby Tapir!

Today, ZooBorns is rocking it with a baby tapir! Man, talk about cute. And when he grows up, he'll be the size of a Shetland pony. So he'll STILL be cute!

"Hey, I'm trying to get some work done here!"

This tiny deer from Africa is known as the dik-dik. And when it wants attention, it knows how to get it!

What a cute little joey!

A baby wombat is called a "joey" ... and THIS little joey lives over at the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago. (He's officially a Hairy-Nosed Wombat, but unofficially, you can call him "adorable"!)

"Dude, you're snoring."

"Not that I mind!"
The tiger's name is Sai Mai. She was raised by a pig (seriously!), and now she doesn't mind hanging out with little porkers.

Xolos: Cute or Not?

The Xolo is a hairless Mexican dog that some people think is cute. Others say that the Xolo looks like “a hot water bottle with pig eyes, bat ears and a rat tail.”

Hey, that’s mean!

I think that Xolos are cute, though. They have neat personalities, and when they're puppies, Xolos almost look like little dinosaurs! You can read about them in this article.

It's almost like the kittens rehearsed!

Cute Kids!

I was at A Children's Place bookstore in Portland when a group of kids on a treasure hunt came in. They turned out to be pretty nice! (That's my dog, Ruby, in the front.)

Panda People!

Panda researchers wear panda suits to blend in with the pandas. And sometimes, they even take kids on tours!
From the Telegraph.

Pikachu? Not cute!

First, don't worry: This is a Photoshopped picture. There was no paint involved!
Second, we here at Cute! don't think this is cute! Here's why: A kitten is naturally cute. So giving it Pikachu coloring just undermines that!

Baby elephants like water!

I'm still trying to track down where this little fellow lives. But in the meantime, enjoy the bath!

Back away from the spotted owls!

We have an owl problem here in Oregon. Spotted owls (like these two youngsters) are getting crowded out by humans chopping down their trees.

And another kind of owl called the barred owl is invading the spotted owl habitat. What a rip-off!

Here’s hoping we can figure out a good solution to this problem.
