Science students need cuteness, too!

I was at Reed College looking at science thesis papers (don't ask!) when I came across this interesting thank you. It's from a paper about Faraday rays.

". . . I also want to thank my cat, Killy, for being the one I can always hug while crying, and for being the one that makes me feel warm and fuzzy (literally, when she sleeps on my face). I also want to thank Sparkler, my red dun Kiger mustang. Sparkler gives me a reason to get out of bed every morning, and being with Sparkler makes me remember why life is so sweet."
